Sandy Hatfield Clubb

President

As President of The PICTOR Group, Sandy Hatfield Clubb brings 28 years of expertise in intercollegiate athletics administration. She provides strategic insights to a diverse range of clients, including the NCAA, USA Gymnastics, USA Triathlon, Women Leaders in College Sports, and multiple NCAA institutions. Sandy also consults for The Knight Commission on Intercollegiate Athletics and is a certified Talent Optimization Specialist with Humanlytics.

Previously, Sandy served as Athletics Director at Drake University, where she was recognized as NACDA’s Under Armor Athletics Director of the Year for the Football Championships Subdivision. Her leadership at Drake earned her a national reputation for championing a transformative model that integrates athletic success with academic excellence. Before Drake, she spent 16 years in senior leadership roles at Arizona State University.

Sandy has held prominent national leadership positions, including as a member of the inaugural NCAA Division I Council and Chair of the DI Strategic Vision and Planning Committee. Her service extends to multiple committees focused on basketball and revenue distribution, as well as the Board of Directors for Women Leaders in College Sports.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master’s in Kinesiology, Health, and Sport Studies from the University of Texas El Paso, where she was honored as the College of Health Science Gold Nugget for her impactful contributions and inspirational career.
