Carolyn Schlie Femovich

Carolyn Schlie Femovich joined The PICTOR Group in 2016 after a distinguished 16-year tenure as Executive Director of the Patriot League. With over 40 years of experience, Carolyn is a respected leader in athletics administration, having held top positions at both campus and conference levels.
During her time with the Patriot League, Carolyn spearheaded initiatives to enhance multimedia outreach, expand league membership, and elevate competitive standards. Her national leadership roles include serving as Chair of the NCAA Division I Championships/Competition Cabinet, NCAA Management Council, and Division I Women’s Basketball Committee. She also chaired the Collegiate Commissioner’s Association and the Collegiate Women’s Sports Award Program.
Before leading the Patriot League, Carolyn held senior leadership roles at the University of Pennsylvania, including Senior Associate Athletics Director and Interim Athletics Director.
Carolyn earned her undergraduate degree from Valparaiso University and a Master’s degree from Indiana University. She is a member of the Valparaiso Athletics Hall of Fame and received the Lifetime Achievement Award from Women Leaders in College Sports in 2017.
