Angie Allen joined The PICTOR Group in 2020 as an intern while completing her graduate studies at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. After graduating, she transitioned to her current role as Director of Strategic Initiatives and Communication. Angie supports the team with report writing, project management, and client cultivation, and oversees the internship program she once participated in.

In addition to her role with The PICTOR Group, Angie serves as Assistant Commissioner - Compliance & Student-Athlete Engagement with the Big West Conference. Her experience includes conference office administration roles at both the Big 12 and Missouri Valley Conferences.

A former student-athlete, Angie is dedicated to enhancing resources and leadership opportunities for student-athletes. She acts as the primary liaison for the Big West SAAC and actively participates in service roles, including the Arizona State Alumni Board, Women Leaders in Sport, and as a Circle Lead for Conference Administrators.
